#1 Tundra +17,5% ($235)
Tundra is following the trend of all the other revised duals: up, up, up!. The manabase is one of the most important pieces in any legacy decks, and most of them feature 4+ duals and 8+ fetchlands.
Duals are on the reserved list, and they are unmatched by any other land that produces a mana of two possible colors. So there is no competitive replacement for any dual. Legacy is a very popular format, especially among magic players that are over 25 years old and have a steady (and well paying) job.
#2 Underground Sea +6.9% ($320)

Underground Sea is once again the most expensive dual land! For a short period of time, Volcanic Island was more expensive, but could not keep the record. Volcanic Island is reaching a plateau (no pun intended) around the $300 dollar mark. Underground Sea has broken that mark this week!
#3 Drop of Honey +78% ($79)

Does it seem familiar?
Exactly: Drop of Honey is the green mother of
Drop of Honey has probably been bought out; it's on the reserved list and has collector's value. The fact that it has a unique ability and that it's reprinted as a color-shifted card makes it an interesting item. I don't think there is a huge demand for the card, but hey, there is not much supply. So I do expect this card to retain a higher price.
