Due to time constraints, I present you with a very consise version of the Weekly Winners. So, just like (alomst) every week, just in time for FNM, I present you the cards that will be the talk of the town tonight.

Surrak, the Hunt Caller went up in price this week, and it seems that the MTG-community is stacking up on Surrak, the Hunt Caller because it can prove to be a solid card in Standard and EDH. A 5/4 for 4CMC is nice, and his formidable-ability makes him a bit better. Consider that he already has a power of 5 himself, so you will only need 3 more power. And by the time you drop him, you will probably have this already. Making it a virtual 5/4 haste in many situations.
I want to share a little association I have with the keyword formidable. Back in the summer of 2013 a belgian artist called Stromae had a huge summer hit with the song called formidable. The song is widely known in (western) Europe, not so much in the United States. Give it a listen, and you will never be able to just say formidable again, without at least thinking about the song :-).
Savor the Moment spiked and is a bit of a mystery. Some deck brewers tried is out a couple of months ago, but with no much effect. But consider this: the card is one of the cheapest non-Time Walk time walks. Being unable to untap still grants you an extra turn, but the card has not been broken in such a way yet, that it is effective enough.
Aside from other cheap manacosted cards that grant you extra turns, Savor the Moment is blue, where other options are red. The current popularity of the card could be driven by Tiny Leaders, since it costs only three mana and in a very limited format an extra turn might do you some good. But the fact that the card is from Shadowmoor, which didn't have a huge print run (compared to sets nowadays) could also effect the prices.
Dromoka's Command is a quite powerful card and has potential to see eternal play. In Modern it could be solid tech against Burn decks, since you will be able to prevent damage from spells, kill Eidolon of the great Revel, and even fight a Goblin Guide. When you play against a deck you could have won against when you just had one more turn, Dromoka's Command could be the answer.
