The Innistrad: Crimson Vow spoilers are in full swing and this week we finally see some effect of these spoilers. Two or our winners have gone up because of new cards previewed this past week. The third one seems most likely affected by Pioneer, so it is an interesting week. We also launched FaBStocks and started a new collab to show you more accurate prices.

Like every week, just in time for FNM, I'll now tell you about the cards that will be the talk of the town tonight!

MTGStocks Update

This week we started adding prices in Euros to cards from our new collaboration with CardTrader. While we mainly show their prices in euros, it can be used worldwide! The amazing thing with CardTrader is that you can buy "Zero eligible" cards over the course of multiple days which you can have shipped to you all at once saving you a bunch in shipping costs. FaBStocks: Your Flesh& Blood resource

We already not-so-subtly hinted the development of FaBStocks a few weeks back both on Twitter and in the Weekly Winners. We decided to release and it can be found at https://www.fabstocks.net. For a bit more information you can look at the Welcome to FaBStocks article. We are aware that it isn't perfect yet, but we wanted to get this out to the users as soon as possible! FaBStocks is the newest member in the "stocks" family next to MTGStocks and PikaStocks.

#1 Abundance $5.99 (+699%)

All versions of Abundance have spiked to somewhere between $6 and $15 depending on the print. The old bordered copy from Urza's Saga went up to $15, while the other versions stayed around $6-ish. It is no surprise that in the middle of spoiler season a card jumps up when a new synergy emerges. This week the culprit is Cultivator Colossus, a new Mythic from Innistrad: Crimson Vow.

When you have both in play the following can be done: Cultivator Colossus comes into play with Abundance on the battlefield. You can now put a land into play from your hand, and draw a card. Then you can repeat this process. But Abundance has a replacement effect for card drawing where you can choose land or non-land, reveal cards from the top of your library until you find the one you chose, and put it into your hand. If you choose Land for the replacement effect, you now have a land in your hand which you can put into play from the Cultivator Colossus repeat. Now you get to draw a card and repeat again... Infinitely until you run out of lands in your deck.

So you have put all your lands onto the battlefield... Now what? Well, you just choose to find a land again with Abundance, knowing you have none left in your deck, you reveal your entire deck and then you can put all cards back into your library however you want. You can stack your entire library how you see fit. And at the end you'll also have a X/X trampler where X is the number of lands you control. Seems like a pretty good turn!

I don't see this combo in a constructed format. You'd need to come up with 7 mana and doesn't necessarily win you the game on the spot. So I feel this is mainly for the Commander crowd, but even then I am not sure that in a casual game of commander people want to sit around for 10 minutes waiting for you to stack your deck. Be prepared to lose some friends of this combo.

#2 Eidolon of the Great Revel $23.90 (+65%)

I know I have a playset of Eidolon of the Great Revel which I bought not long after Journey into Nyx came out in 2014. I never made it a secret that my format of choice is Legacy, and since this new Enchantment Creature quickly became a staple in Legacy burn I really wanted to own a playset. And while it still sees play in Legacy burn, it also sees play in Pioneer and Modern Burn.

Last week an (almost) mono red burn deck took first place in the Pioneer Challenge, which could have been the reason for this card to suddenly jump up. But even this aside, when we look at the last 6 months of this card, leaving this recent spike out, we notice a longer term uptrend.

#3 Quest for Ula's Temple $5.98 (+46%)

This rare from Worldwake was already being played in Commander in decks around, for example, Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep and Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle. But the reason this week that it spiked has to do with a new card announced in Innistrad: Crimson Vow: Runo Stromkirk.

Both cards strongly play around the Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus and Serpent theme and when you play Runo as commander, then Quest for Ula's Temple definitely seems like an auto-include.
