Onto the Weekly Winners!
#1 Scavenger's Talent $6.13 (+513%)
Last week in Weekly Winners we talked about

And just like last week, let's also mention another Talent that's moving up:
Another interesting thing to note is that the supply of these Talent cards is relatively low, since none of them come with special treatments like Showcase or Borderless variants.

Ribbit... Ribbit...
That doesn't sound like a particular good ability to me when I read the card. A few years back this card was priced as bulk but started moving up around November 2021 to about a dollar, and slowly moved towards two dollars. The reason for that uptrend seems to be the printing of

#3 Zoraline, Cosmos Caller $3.25 (+144%)
Zoraline will be a popular commander whenever someone wants to build a deck around Bats. Costing only three mana, or five if you immediately want to use its reanimate ability, it will provide you with a 3/3 vigilant flyer. Every time it attacks, you can also get something back from your graveyard with mana value three or less.
The Bat is doing pretty well in Standard Orzhov Midrange decks. Having a 3/3 flyer that can always be also used as a blocker is pretty good. However, the format is still solving the metagame, and we're not sure whether this archetype is here to stay. But if it puts up more results, we can see this card maintain this price or go even higher.
In Commander I expect people to start building Bat decks with this card as commander, but it can also do well in other decks. Non-Bat commanders that come to mind are

Cheap Pickups
Please note: for our 'record low' we consider the price of the card over the past seven years. Many cards were even cheaper (a) decade(s) ago. Also note: some cards are still going down, and might be even cheaper pickups next week.
